What we would do first
Talk to a student who is on the course now
That is what our own service does. Sixth formers aged 16 and over book a 30-minute one-to-one video conversation with a Uni Insider: a current university student or recent graduate, on the course and at the university the student is considering.
Uni Insiders are identity verified and complete a mandatory safeguarding assessment. They are paid by Already Doing It for their time, never by a university, and no university tells them what to say. They share lived experience, not advice.

How this site stays honest
Six rules we hold ourselves to
-
We say who publishes it. The publisher line is on every page of this site.
-
We mark our own recommendations. Any recommendation of our own service says so, inside the box.
-
We describe others in their own words. With a link, and never a claim that one is worse than another.
-
Every date and fee is sourced. Official source, a link, and the date we checked it.
-
Nothing is invented. No made-up reviews, quotes, testimonials, awards or statistics.
-
A real team writes it. Every guide is written by the team at Already Doing It.
